In n Out Burger: the Ideal Burger Joint

A place where their burgers, fries and shakes have redefined our beloved “fast food.” The quality of their food easily makes In-N-Out the West Coast’s favorite burger joint. Its simple menu and friendly service is another factor provided that not many other fast food places have to offer.

Customers are pleased and impressed with all the services In-N-Out offers. For example, In-N-Out is the only fast food drive-thru that gives lap mats for the car and stickers for children. But it’s not the stickers that attracts customers; everyone knows their success mainly revolves around the food….

An ideal meal for me is a cheeseburger, animal style, with a whole grilled onion instead or the grilled onions and extra spread, cheese fries, and a neapolitan milkshake.  And all of this costs approximately seven dollars; which is practically a steal compared to other eateries that are half as delicious.

The dining room is also spotless and completely stocked with chilis, ketchup, salt, pepper, etc. Yet another reason why In-N-Out is favored over other restaurants. In the event that your burger is made incorrectly, they will make you a new one without hesitation. If an order is too much for a customer carry, an employee will assist them out to their table or even to their car.  No matter what happens, you still leave satisfied and feel as if you’ve received more than food for your money.  This level of service is unheard of unless it’s In-N-Out.

Now as an employee, I have some minor complaints.  Our customers know that we will correct any mistake in their order; however, I get rude and over-dramatic complaints daily.  Personally, I want to respond with the equal amount of respect I am given, but as a happy employee, I am required to smile and reply with kindness.

I perform to my best ability at work, which is never enough for some people in charge because “In-N-Out is the best.”  I understand that I have responsibilities to uphold, but I am a person first, and people make mistakes.  At first, I thought this job would be very stressful and frantic, but it has become much easier with practice.

Also, In-N-Out is as truly as honest with their ingredients as they say they are.  The tomatoes are sliced and used on the same day within a four hour period.  The lettuce is thoroughly rinsed and chopped the same day as well.  The meat is delivered every morning from a company that In-N-Out purchased in order to make sure the quality is at its finest.

As a customer, I love In-N-Out and as an employee, I still love In-N-Out.  Any job that involves talking to people and making sure they get their happiness will conduct a complaint or two here and there. In other words, I have nothing to complain about.  I love my job at In-N-Out. And I love money even more.
