On April 10th, your Rocklin Girls Varsity Lacrosse Team had their Senior Night game! Despite the 15-9 loss against the Granite Bay Grizzlies, it was a memorable night filled with emotion. Senior Kayla said “Senior night was great, the vibes were amazing and everything was just perfect.”
Before the game started, each senior walked the field with their families and got photos of the special moment. The parents and other fans showed their love with signs, flowers, and gifts for the players, congratulating them on all they’ve achieved throughout their lacrosse career at Rocklin High!
The team celebrated hard as multiple Seniors got to score. Alivia Maeyama said, “It felt great, I love scoring obviously, I play middie so I don’t always get on attack but when I do I love to drive the ball, love to score, and celebrating with my team is awesome.”
Overall, it was a night fueled by emotion and love. No matter the outcome of the game, the Seniors had a great time playing with their team, celebrating with their families, and competing in their Senior Night game!
