On Friday, September 27, 2024, the Rocklin Football team took on the Jesuit Marauders. The game was a blowout with a final score of 52-14. This game was also Rocklin’s Home Coming game and the victory felt sweet on such an important night. Junior Jack Grocock, a right tackle for the team has had a great season on the line and had a great game today. When asked how he felt about Coach Taghavi’s work with the offensive linemen this season Jack said, “He’s always put in the work for us, which helps us motivate and for sure, play well on Friday nights.”
League games continue next week as we go against our cross town rivals, the Whitney Wildcats for our traditional rival game, the Quarry Bowl. Whitney is currently 2-3 and beat Del Oro this past week.
