For the past nine months, Kardashian family member Kylie Jenner has been very low on the radar, which is very odd for the social media-influenced family. It left the fandom wondering what could be going on, and once a rumor started of Kylie possibly undergoing a pregnancy, it was all everyone was looking to figure out.

In these nine months, however, Kylie’s older sisters, Kim and Khloe, both made announcements about their own pregnancies / babies. Kim Kardashian West and husband Kanye West, chose to use a surrogate to bring their new baby girl Chicago into the world. Kim announced her birth on every social media platform, causing excitement everywhere, and even suspicion that Kylie could have been their surrogate.

Khloe also recently announced her pregnancy with her boyfriend, Tristan Thompson. The Kardashian fandom was going crazy on new baby news, but Kylie was still missing from the Paparazzi. Interviews on Ellen and other talk shows with the Kardashians all pressed questions about Kylie, but the sisters remained silent on her behalf.

Moreover, a photoshoot with Calvin Klein recently came out, featuring all of the Kardashian-Jenner sisters, which broke more suspicion because in  every single one of the photos, Kylie had her stomach covered by the blankets. This either meant that she was hiding her baby bump, or just playing into the scandal that could boost the families publicity.

Fast forward to February 4th, Super Bowl Sunday, Kylie Jenner posted a photo on all of her social media platforms, showing an explanation of the past nine months, declaring that she had been pregnant and given birth on February 1st to a healthy baby girl. She also sent out a link to a video showing clips from the duration of her pregnancy.

This drove the media insane. Twitter blew up and Kylie Jenner’s pregnancy with Travis Scott was trending in no time. Everyone was talking about it, whether they loved or hated her.

In the explanation photo, she basically explained that she wanted to keep it secret so her baby wouldn’t feel the stress that it would cause her. She mentioned how she was so grateful for her supportive family and friends for helping her special moment be as private as it could be.

After the announcement, new photos finally started to release, showing her pregnant stomach, her baby shower with close friends, and tons of congratulations posts. Soon after, Kylie revealed the baby’s name, Stormi Webster Jenner.

Well, the cat is out of the bag, 20-year-old Kylie Jenner and 25-year-old boyfriend Travis Scott have brought a new baby girl into the world and the fandom is excited for the new journey.
