I like the creativity of soccer it’s a free flowing game, some other sports like football and baseball you know exactly what you going to do for each play and soccer you kind of have to make it up as you go and there aren’t really a whole lot of set plays, it’s a creative game and I like that about it

Fortunately not anything really serious, I’ve had some minor bumps and bruises and some growing pains like in my feet and my back that have kept me out for four or five months those were rough but fortunately I was able to come back from that and it was all fine

My parents played and they encouraged me to try it out and I liked it but there was a point when I was younger where I would shy away from competition and for a while I didn’t really want to play, fortunately my parents pushed me to keep playing, honestly if it wasn’t for them that probably would’ve been the end of the road so I’m grateful that they kept me playing soccer

I’ve learned to embrace the pressure and the competition that I had shied away from, so as I got older and matured I’ve learned to enjoy it more

It’s funny, you think that having extra stuff to do would make you grades worse but honestly having that soccer is like a stress outlet for me sort of, like if you’re in a classroom for seven hours it’s good to get out and run around and get the blood flowing. And I honestly think it helps my grades because it forces me to be so on top of it with time management, it’s weird but I think soccer actually helps me
