The newest place in Rocklin that is heard to be a must-go-to is Studio Movie Grill at 5140 Commons Drive, Rocklin, CA 95677. This restaurant has 26 locations, the only one in California being in Rocklin. Most of the locations are in Texas.

Studio Movie Grill is a movie theater that also brings lunch or dinner foods to your seat. It has all the same movie choices as a normal movie theater.The place has a fancy decor to it, very modern.

The protocol was very strict, from when you can enter the theater your movie is playing in, to even when buying the tickets you picked where you sat ahead of time. The theater was normal sized but with about half the theater seats (that had table attachments to eat on), plenty of room between rows, which is a plus for yourself and staff.

Prices seemed pricey at first but then you realized that it was about the same as a normal-class restaurant. Salads (which was what I ordered) was 11 dollars but was very big and filling. When ordering, most things were pre-made,such as I couldn’t order macaroni and cheese without bacon inside.

It took about one-fourth of the way into the movie before the food came to our spot. Some pros to the place was not half-bad food, nice arrangement, nice service and to be able to watch a movie at the same time as eating.
Cons would be wait time for food and the whole trip is so pricey that you can’t come very often. Its worth it though because you can eat out a lot, you can go to the movies a lot, but its not everyday that you eat and watch a film at the same time.
