Throughout this season, the JV Baseball team has been struggling to get their team on track and with three games against Granite Bay next week, they finally  “hope to get that W.” said by Andrew Mooney and pull their team together.

The season so far has been, “Not what we were hoping for.” said Keith Walker with a record of 2-5-1. Tension between team members has been holding the team back from reaching their full potential in practices and games. “Were not working as a team and in practice were all arguing.” said Joey Petrissans.

In these following games on Monday, Wednesday and Friday the team is planning on recovering from there unsuccessful season. Last year, the team beat Granite Bay once and lost twice. “It will definitely be a challenge.” said by pitcher, Andrew Mooney.

The team leader is sophomore, Keith Walker. “Our team is struggling to hit but its getting better as the season goes on.” says Walker. “He’s kept a positive attitude this entire season and is leading our team.” said teammate Wyatt Dolan. Keith is pushing his team to improve and is the core for their upcoming success.

JV baseballs intends to go out with a bang following this week’s games with three against Nevada Union.
